Assets management company “EASY LIFE” was established as a Joint Stock Company in September 2007.
The share capital of the Company amounts to 2 290 000 gryvnas.
The Company holds the License for the Professional Activity on the Stock market – assets management activity of institutional investors (assets management activity) issued by Securities and Stock market state Commission (SSMSC) (series AB No 376812 dated 25.10.2007).
The Assets management company “Easy Life” is oriented on the creation and maintenance of unblemished reputation, provision of highly skilled services in the sphere of joint investment.
The aim of the Company is:
- accessibility and transparency of the work
- individual approach to every client
- maximum income
For individuals and corporate clients we provide the following services:
- work out and implement schemes related to the commercial and residential real estate financing. Taking into account the specifications of the investment fund functioning in the sphere of taxation (the fund is not the taxpayer during the whole period of its existence); the joint investment institution enables to accumulate income at the Fund and realize tax planning of financial flows by the Property Developer.
For insurance companies we provide the following services:
- propose cooperation in the sphere of reserve formation;
- manage their assets;
- create private investment funds.

Sokolova-Belous Victoria Nikolaevna
Chief Executive Officer, has more than 8 years experience on the Stock market. She has higher economic education (Kharkov State University). She started her activity at the Stock market as the director of the professional securities dealer. In 2005 she got the certificate on assets management activity and headed the JSC “Assets management company “TISA-Invest””. Since 2006 she has worked at the JSC “Assets management company “Ukrsots-nedvizhimost”” as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

Korinyaka Yulia Evgenievna
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, has 7 years experience on the Stock market. She has the higher technical education (Kiev national university of construction and architecture). She has more than 5 years experience working at the professional Stock market participant – Registry of Securities JSC “FC “Ukrnefnegaz”. Since 2006 she has worked as the assets management specialist in JSC “AMC “IFMA”. She has been occupying the position of the Deputy Director of AMC “EASY LIFE” from the establishment of the Company. She is in charge of organizing and conducting financial monitoring.
